We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead high-profile projects. As a critical member of our team, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize project workflows, and drive productivity enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress, address deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
  • Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
