Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to join our team as a Management Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for month-end closing activities, including reporting and consolidations, producing quarterly and annual financial statements, and reviewing and posting month-end journal entries.

You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing balance sheet accounts reconciliations, handling quarterly intercompany processes, and resolving balancing items. Additionally, you will need to have expertise in accounting knowledge, specifically in fixed assets, intercompany, and month-end closing and reporting.

As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on complex challenges and develop your skills and knowledge in accounting and finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Excellent reconciliation, accounting, and reporting experience
  • CA Inter degree and significant experience in General Ledger preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • SME knowledge of accounting concepts
