Senior Contact Center Operations Manager

Live Connections is seeking an experienced Site Director to lead their contact center operations in India.
This leadership role involves managing a team of 600+ employees, driving performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large teams across multiple industries, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer service.
The Site Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, budget management, and staff development. They will also collaborate with HR on staffing, performance reviews, and career development, as well as work closely with IT and WFM to optimize tools and systems.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in contact center operations, with at least 3+ years of experience as a Site Director in BPO. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Salary: ₹40-45 LPA (base salary), with a maximum potential of ₹60 LPA all inclusive. The position offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
