Clinical Growth Officer Role

As a Clinical Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting dental products and services to dentists across India. This is an inside sales position focused on building strong relationships with dental professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with dentists through phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their clinical requirements.
  • Promote relevant dental products and services to drive revenue growth.
  • Educate dental professionals on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Provide valuable insights to improve product offerings and support campaigns.
Requirements:
  • BDS graduates with up to 2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
