Job Title: AI Engineer

As a cutting-edge AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing an AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

This position is ideal for those passionate about leveraging machine learning to create innovative solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance Search and RAG systems using LLMs and other recent advancements in foundation models.
  • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Build evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering.
  • Proficient in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Ray is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems.
  • Working knowledge of vector databases and their applications.
