Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at ADVENXA. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients to expand our customer base, promoting and selling a range of financial products, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.
  • Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
