About the Role:

This position involves working as part of a 24/7 rotational shift team, providing technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the issue, research, and follow-up steps necessary for resolution of technical issues.
  • Respond to incoming calls and chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot device and networking issues reported by users.
  • Identify and assist to resolve all issues identified during regular operations.
