**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Time and Labor (OTL) solutions within the HCM Cloud suite.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build effective formulas and deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop OTL solutions, including writing efficient formulas.
  • Complete user testing, participate in UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly OTL.
  • Expertise in formula development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of functional business processes and technical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
