We are seeking an experienced MES Engineer to join our team at PeopleStrong. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading HR technology company and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum

About the Role

The MES Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, experience with MES software platforms, and excellent leadership and project management skills.

The role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting MES systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to align MES solutions with business goals and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for MES design, implementation, maintenance, and support
  • Develop and execute the MES strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the integration of MES with other manufacturing systems
  • Ensure MES compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Deep knowledge of production processes, workflows, and manufacturing systems
  • Proven track record of leading MES implementations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MES software platforms, databases, programming languages, and Industry 4.0 concepts
