Scrum Master Job Description

The role of the Scrum Master is pivotal in leading teams to success.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master who can expertly guide our teams with confidence and authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all project phases to guarantee timely delivery of objectives. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to track performance and implement corrective strategies as needed.
  • Create, manage, and update project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, and other documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with project team members and management to secure necessary resources and funding.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of current project management experience in application development projects within Commercial & Specialty.
  • Mandatory experience in Reinsurance is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing mid-sized to large IT development projects independently.
  • Experience using Project and Portfolio Management tools such as MS Project, Planview, SharePoint, etc.
  • Proficiency in handling build projects using .NET, Angular, and Azure along with Microservices architecture is highly desirable.

Our ideal candidate will possess expertise in Agile methodologies and have excellent leadership skills.
