Practice Lead Data:

The role of Practice Lead Data is to provide leadership and manage delivery across various client engagements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Prioritize accounts and customer value by ranking projects based on strategic importance and urgency.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring necessary personnel, technology, and budget are allocated across the portfolio.
  • Measure success and impact using effective KPIs for projects within the portfolio.
  • Regularly review project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are on track.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize overallocation or underutilization.
  • Generate reports highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments for stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing timely updates.
  • Maintain compliance and governance around service level agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Drive business growth through proactive identification of opportunities for improvement and development of strategies to mitigate potential risks.
