Lead AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Innovation Specialist to join our Gen AI department. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic data analysis and AI-driven solutions.

About the Role:
  • Foster end-to-end initiatives, encompassing business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment to drive maximum impact.
  • Analyze complex findings, drawing meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations with quantifiable benefits for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives, leveraging expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and multi-modal models to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to distill business requirements into actionable technical plans, focusing on data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and deployment.
  3. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to enhance our clients' data services.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning, particularly Generative AI (LLM/LMM), natural language processing, or multi-modal models.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and vector databases, with a strong grasp of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini).
  • Excellent computer programming skills, familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts, and expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks.
