Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity expert to design, implement, and manage the security architecture of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for firewall and endpoint security, threat intelligence, incident response, dark web monitoring, brand protection, email security, and compliance enforcement.

  • Firewall, Endpoint & Network Security
    • Design, configure, and manage firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA) to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.
    • Deploy and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF) for web security (Cloudflare, Imperva).
    • Implement Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne to detect and respond to advanced threats.
    • Conduct regular firewall rule audits, optimize configurations, and enforce Zero Trust principles to minimize attack surfaces.
  • Threat Intelligence and Incident Response
    • Monitor and analyze dark web forums, marketplaces, and underground networks for stolen credentials, data leaks, and insider threats using threat intelligence tools such as Recorded Future, Digital Shadows.
    • Investigate fraud incidents, phishing attempts, and business email compromise (BEC) to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
    • Develop and implement threat hunting processes to proactively identify and mitigate emerging threats.
    • Work closely with SOC teams for incident response and mitigation to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
  • Dark Web Monitoring and Brand Protection
    • Monitor dark web forums, marketplaces, and underground networks for stolen credentials, data leaks, and insider threats.
    • Implement dark web intelligence tools to detect and respond to brand impersonation, phishing sites, and fraudulent domains.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to enforce takedowns of malicious content and protect our brand reputation.
    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to brand-related security incidents.
  • Vulnerability Management and Compliance
    • Perform Vulnerability Assessments & Penetration Testing (VAPT) on infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
    • Implement and manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) to detect and prevent cyber threats in real-time.
    • Monitor, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities from external and internal security scans to ensure continuous compliance with industry standards.
    • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
  • IT Security and Compliance Management
    • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent application of security controls across the organization.
    • Implement Zero Trust Architecture and Identity Access Management (IAM) policies to ensure secure access to resources and data.
    • Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulations to educate employees on security best practices and build a security-conscious culture.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through regular security assessments and risk management activities.
