Job Title: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Management: Manage and track tasks assigned from start to end for timely delivery
  • Clinet Communication: Communicate with clients via email and calls to ensure seamless execution of shoot operations
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external departments to achieve timely closure of client shoots
  • Document Processing: Process forms, applications, and documents for customers and brands

Role Overview: As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and aligning day-to-day business operations. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Operations team to ensure smooth functioning of shoot operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve. A detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach is essential, as well as a willingness to work in the field when required.
