We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development & Event Manager to lead the wellness initiatives at Propques Services Pvt Ltd, a vibrant and growing co working space that values community and well-being.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will focus on both developing wellness package offerings for our members and organizing engaging wellness-related events. This role is crucial in enhancing the well-being of our community and creating unique value propositions that attract new members while nurturing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development (Wellness Packages):
    • Conduct market research to identify trends in wellness programs and packages that are appealing to the co working community.
    • Establish partnerships with local wellness experts, yoga instructors, fitness trainers, nutritionists, mental health professionals, and wellness brands to create comprehensive wellness packages.
    • Design and develop wellness packages that cater to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of members. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote these packages to existing and prospective members.
    • Drive sales of wellness packages, offering customized solutions to corporate teams and individuals within the Co working space.
    • Increase membership benefits by integrating wellness offerings into membership benefits, ensuring they align with community needs and enhance member satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong relationships with wellness service providers and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery for members.
  • Event Management (Wellness Focused):
    • Plan, organize, and execute wellness-related events such as yoga sessions, mindfulness workshops, fitness boot camps, meditation sessions, and mental health talks.
    • Engage with members to understand their wellness needs and interests to create events that are meaningful and beneficial for them.
    • Promote wellness events through social media, newsletters, and member communications.
    • Coordinate with wellness professionals, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
    • Collect feedback after events, analyze performance, and implement improvements for future wellness programs.
    • Manage event and wellness package budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality experiences.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, event management, or a similar role, ideally within wellness or co working industries.
    • Wellness Expertise: A strong understanding of wellness trends and the ability to curate impactful wellness programs.
    • Skills: Excellent organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills. Proven ability to build relationships with external vendors and wellness experts.
    • Sales & Marketing: Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully driving revenue growth through wellness-related services.
    • Event Management: Experience in planning, promoting, and executing events with a wellness focus.
    • Creativity: Ability to innovate and create unique wellness experiences for a diverse co working community.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in event management and CRM tools. Experience with social media promotion is a plus.
    • Customer-Focused: A people-oriented mindset with a passion for enhancing the well-being of members.
  • Estimated Salary:
    • $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
