Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong specialization in product marketing, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, Social, Email, Display).

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and content teams, to ensure consistent messaging and successful market penetration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for new product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns throughout the product lifecycle to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Work with the content team to develop compelling product-centric content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strategize and execute digital promotion plans for product content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure product pages are optimized for user experience, conversion, and SEO.
  • Implement SEO best practices for product-related content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform product marketing efforts.
  • Act as a key liaison between the marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Present product marketing strategies and performance updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on product marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM tools and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in marketing or related field.
