About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Developer with expertise in IAM solutions and .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure identity access management systems and integrations.
  • Develop and enforce robust access management policies and workflows.
  • Manage application provisioning/de-provisioning processes to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to drive business objectives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex IAM and .NET application issues.
  • Maintain compliance with security standards and best practices to safeguard organizational assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
  • Essential experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with REST API and WCF is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
