Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.

This includes configuring and maintaining privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.

Troubleshooting PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures is also a key responsibility of this role.

Additionally, the candidate will integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.

They will also manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.

Using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting is another key skill required for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills.
