Workday HCM Test Manager

About the Role:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, planning and implementing additional Workday HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes and configuring best-practices.
  • Lead client relationships and resolve support requests varying from operational issues to strategic road mapping services.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks by urgency, scope, complexity and team availability.
  • Provide guidance to team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Communicate project updates, configuration recommendations and best practices with clients.
  • Foster internal relationships, share knowledge and mentor other consultants to grow our practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Manage relationships and resolve support requests from operational issues to strategic road mapping services.
  • Tactical Leadership: Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope business requirements.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and delegate tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity and team availability.
  • Consulting Expertise: Provide guidance to team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Communication: Communicate project updates, configuration recommendations and best practices with clients.
  • Practice Growth: Foster internal relationships, share knowledge and mentor other consultants to grow our practice.
