Job Title: Enterprise ServiceNow Architect Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead expert programs for a leading enterprise software provider. The focus lies in CRM and ServiceNow implementations, with a strong emphasis on employee enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage certified architect and expert programs centered around CRM & ServiceNow workflows.
  • Prepare employees/learners for future ServiceNow project readiness through structured enablement initiatives.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide learners through certification and implementation preparedness.
  • Drive discussions on program objectives, track progress, and evaluate learner performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and stakeholders to design and deliver enabling materials.
  • Support final certification readiness, including coordinating review boards and assessment panels.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on program outcomes and metrics.
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate fairness, inclusivity, and consistency across programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of experience in program/project management within large-scale environments.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience spanning multiple modules.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow CRM / CSM / workflow implementations (essential).
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and enable employees/consultants in technical or corporate settings.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and program delivery skills.
  • Familiarity with training trends, learning enablement, and certification frameworks.

Desirable Certifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, Architect-level, CSM).
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
