As an operational consultant, you will play a key role in helping manufacturers and private equity owned portfolio companies achieve rapid efficiency improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize capacity utilization, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver transformation objectives, taking ownership of workstreams and executing effective improvement plans within operations.
  • Lead project teams to drive change and improvements to the overall execution of client operations, transforming manufacturing processes for better productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment, with 3+ years leadership and management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM, Operations, or Business, with strong functional knowledge in one or more areas such as discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, or continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization, with strong communication and organizational skills.
