Cloud Engineer Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform. This role involves building self-service capabilities for developers to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, and manage their environments independently.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, and proficiency in at least one programming language. Additionally, they will be able to automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and other repetitive tasks using CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, communicate technical concepts clearly, and contribute to a positive team environment. If you have experience working with GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes, we encourage you to apply.

  • Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain the core components of our internal developer platform.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
    • Develop and maintain golden paths for common development tasks, ensuring consistency and best practices.
    • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools into the platform.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and other repetitive tasks.
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
