Leadership Role

The Vice President of Software Engineering – SaaS Platform will lead a team in developing and maintaining a scalable, reliable, and secure software platform. This role is critical to our success, requiring expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.

  • Define and Execute Technology Strategy: Align with business goals to drive growth and innovation.
  • Lead Global Product Development Initiatives: Drive improvement and transformation across the organization.
  • Build, Mentor, and Retain High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Oversee Development and Operations of Scalable SaaS Platform: Ensure seamless delivery of features and services.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years in software engineering, 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
