Job Title: Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.

  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure for optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  2. Implementing backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
  3. Developing and monitoring automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  4. Monitoring system performance, analyzing trends, and implementing betterments to enhance overall productivity.
  5. Administering company SaaS platforms, including Okta and AWS Workspaces, to support user productivity.
  6. Collaborating with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
  7. Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  8. Staying up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices to evaluate their applicability to our infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (e.g., ECS, EKS) is a plus.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Proven hands-on experience supporting Okta SSO Platform.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and routing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
