Job Title: Junior Google Media Buyer

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Google Media Buyer. As a member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world budgets, learn from experienced media buyers, and contribute to the growth of leading D2C brands.

You will have the chance to develop your skills in campaign optimization, data analysis, and creative strategy, working closely with a collaborative and ambitious team.

About this Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for high-growth D2C brands.
  • Research audiences, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize campaigns daily - from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting.
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver insights.
  • Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or certifications in Google Ads.
