Leadership Position: Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in our RCM operations.

This position involves overseeing and mentoring a team of medical billing specialists responsible for end-to-end RCM activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide the team to ensure accurate charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
  • Monitor team performance and verify adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality, and productivity standards.
  • Respond promptly to escalations and provide support for complex billing issues.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory experience: 5–7 years in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment driven by targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including Night Shift.
