**Business Analyst III, Agile Sourcing**
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst III, Agile Sourcing, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
About the Role- This position is responsible for leading data analytics efforts to optimize procurement decisions, including developing datasets, conducting financial analyses, and generating recommendations for supplier selection or negotiation strategies.
- You will partner with procurement stakeholders to understand their needs and recommend solutions as it pertains to data analysis and interpretation to support decision making and category planning.
- Your expertise in leveraging industry standard data analytical & visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP/ERP planning modules, etc. will be essential in this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in business analytics or relevant experience (preferably in the life sciences industry)
- Strong understanding of data analytics, category management, project and performance management
- Proficiency in English
