Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Search Expert and Software Professional to develop innovative search applications with a focus on relevancy, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced search functionality using modern search technologies
  • Develop high-quality, scalable search applications
  • Create and optimize search algorithms, ranking models, and retrieval methods
  • Implement machine learning models for search ranking
  • Monitor and optimize search performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years of experience developing search solutions
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of modern neural search techniques and vector embeddings
  • Experience with Knowledge Graphs and related infrastructure

Technical Skills:

  • Search Engines: Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar
  • Programming Languages: Java, Python, Scala
  • Databases: SQL, MongoDB, or similar
