Job Opportunity: Marketing Campaign Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and analytical marketing professional to lead the optimization of Meta ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of campaign strategy, performance analysis, and audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies, including audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad experiences that meet business goals.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement in CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
