About the Role

  • We seek an experienced AI engineering lead to spearhead the development and optimization of machine learning models for complex classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  • Your expertise in deep learning architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras will drive innovation and growth.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
  • Fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, deploying them into production environments using cloud platforms or edge devices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines that fuel our AI solutions.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world problems, driving progress and advancement.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Perform model evaluation, A/B testing, and error analysis to improve performance, making data-driven decisions that drive success.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, with expertise in deep learning architectures and statistical modeling.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, with experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL), with ability to work with diverse data sources.
  • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong drive to learn and explore, with passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
