Key Responsibilities:
  • User Management Provision: Set up and manage user accounts, including creating new users and deactivating existing ones.
  • Troubleshooting Login Issues: Identify and resolve login problems, ensuring users have seamless access to the system.
  • Data Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Veeva and strong technical knowledge are essential for this role.
