Job Overview

As a seasoned Veeva professional, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing various Veeva Vault applications to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms) to ensure seamless data management and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into actionable technical solutions that drive business value.
  • Design and oversee data/document migration strategies into Veeva, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and support system integrations between Veeva and enterprise systems (ERP-SAP, Oracle ERP, Medidata, TrackWise, MasterControl, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Veeva applications to ensure high uptime and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with Veeva releases, roadmap, and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve overall system functionality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Veeva implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong technical skills, including data migration, system integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business acumen, with understanding of how technology drives business outcomes.
