- Monitor fluctuations in sales targets and implement corrective measures to prevent deviations by addressing technical knowledge gaps.
- Assist colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical standpoint.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and product education to customers.
- Offer after-sales support services and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet customer needs.
- Collaborate on the design of custom-made products.
- Drive innovation in selling techniques by adopting new technologies and techniques like cross-selling, sales recording applications, and social media engagement.
- Promote digitization and automation of processes among employees.
- Utilize advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for business success.
- Review team member performance and provide developmental support and guidance.
- Recommend training programs for team development.
- Develop and update team knowledge bases to meet organizational needs.
- Identify avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction within the function, resulting in high employee engagement levels.
