Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to support our key enterprise customers and build strong relationships with them.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase and strong communication, management, and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide solutions and address technical issues.
  • Maintain and manage enterprise geodatabases, including installation, configuration, and versioning.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical approach.
  • Collaborate with the Esri team to manage user environments hosted on Esri's technology.
Essential Skills
  • Strong customer communication, management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills in addressing and resolving technical issues of ESRI mainly ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Enterprise Geodatabases, Versioning, Replication, and Installation, Configuration over supported RDBMS - Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server / PostgreSQL databases.
Desirable Experience
  • Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end-user contact.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Enterprise Geodatabases, Versioning, Replication, and Installation, Configuration, and performance tuning.
