Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the project's success, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.

About the Role:

  • Project Leadership: You will direct architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
  • Feasibility Analysis: You will assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits, working closely with our land acquisition team.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: You will synchronize space programs and project timelines with sales, project managers, and consultants.
  • Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: You will partner with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Regulatory Adherence: You will ensure all designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Design Solutions: You will address design-related challenges proactively, offering effective solutions to construction teams with necessary technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in architecture
  • Experience in real estate design management.
