We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Space Planner to join our team. As an Interior Space Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of interior design projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for lead designers by taking detailed notes during meetings, taking measurements/photos of projects, and creating CAD drawings for client projects.
  • Accompany and assist lead designers during client meetings at job sites and showrooms, research decor and materials, provide pricing, availability, stock, etc., place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver.
  • Submit receipts for all purchases and orders, track and communicate status of orders, resolve problems, maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials, schedule for designers, contractors, clients, vendors.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns, project updates, meet vendors, assist with installations, submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly.
  • Check daily client spreadsheet for new tasks, update status of assigned task end of each day.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have 1-2 years of work experience in interior design or a related field. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
