Senior Technical Analyst – IGA Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems, with a strong understanding of identity mapping and source/target application configuration.

This position plays a key role in onboarding applications and ensuring seamless integration with our IGA system.

  • Coordinate and test custom development required for integration
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements
  • Maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications
  • Collaborate with multiple application teams simultaneously
Key Responsibilities and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Administrating SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions
  • RBAC analysis and implementation
  • Launching certification campaigns and remediation processes

A successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
