Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist to fill this critical role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Installation, Maintenance, Repair of HVAC Systems: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including air conditioners, chillers, furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation units.
  • Routine Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and Fault Analysis: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.
  • System Optimization: Adjust system controls to improve performance and ensure energy efficiency.
  • Performance Testing and Balancing: Test and balance air and hydronic systems to meet performance standards.
  • Service and Repair Records: Maintain accurate service and repair records, documenting all work performed.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve system issues.

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Able to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
