As we continue to revolutionize the collections industry with AI-driven technology, we're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to lead our sales and customer success teams.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM system to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Training users, enforcing best practices, and serving as the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Building dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Partnering with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience, preferably with HubSpot. They will be able to work directly with executives and cross-functional leaders in a remote-first, collaborative culture.
