Strategic Growth and Operations Manager

As our Strategic Growth and Operations Manager, your role is to be both the analyst and the strategist, the operator and the project driver. You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we go next.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
  • Proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
  • Build mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
  • Prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
  • Manage sales reporting & dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
