Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Manager located in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new university partners, facilitating collaborations, and ensuring smooth integration of academic programs.

Daily tasks include coordinating with universities, developing onboarding strategies, managing timelines, and working closely with the counseling team to provide support. Performance management and employee relations within the onboarding team are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our footprint in the university market.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners, presenting our product offerings and demonstrating their value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decisionmakers.
  • Work closely with universities to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals aligned with our product offerings.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
