School Partnership Manager

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with schools, driving repeat participation in educational solutions.

  • Utilize existing connections to onboard institutions into strategic partnerships.
  • Nurture strong relationships with school decision-makers.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to enhance engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in a CRM system and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring continued school participation in subsequent years.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of experience in school partnership management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector.
  • Established network of 50-60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the local school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing networks.
  • School retention and repeat participation rates.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
