Are you an innovative engineer looking to lead the development of high-performance analog and digital hardware systems? Do you have a passion for designing mixed-signal circuits that meet defence-grade standards?

We are seeking a talented Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work collaboratively with firmware, layout, and verification teams to design, develop, and integrate complex mixed-signal circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, op-amps, buffers, and switching elements.
  • Develop and verify high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3/4, AXI, JESD204B/C, and USB/Ethernet/HDMI.
  • Integrate embedded processors and associated circuitry.
  • Lead firmware integration and oversee embedded development using microcontrollers in C/C++.
  • Manage complete PCB design cycle using tools like Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD.
  • Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations and troubleshoot high-speed digital designs.
  • Drive prototypes bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
  • Collaborate with software, FPGA, and mechanical design teams.
  • Participate in RTL/FPGA design and integration workflows using Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectronics.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Strong expertise in PCB design tools and simulation platforms.
  • Solid foundation in analog/mixed-signal design principles, system-level integration, and SI/PI analysis.
  • Ability to generate block-level specs and verify performance across power, timing, and area constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SPICE tools for analog simulations.
  • Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and advanced packaging technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital design verification tools.
  • Experience with SoC architecture and RTL coding for FPGA-based systems.
  • Deep knowledge of PHY-level analog design.
  • Hands-on lab experience in mixed-signal system validation and bring-up.
