Interior Design Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' homes through expert interior design solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit client leads to establish business relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Pursue outbound calls to connect with potential customers and create a database of prospect clients.
  • Prepare preliminary estimates and collect necessary information for site visits.
  • Conduct site visits to take measurements and obtain client approvals for layouts and item lists.
  • Develop space plans and prepare 2D and 360-degree designs for allocated projects.
  • Incorporate customer concepts and requirements into designs.
  • Finalize furniture layouts and arrange soft furnishings.
  • Provide electrical drawings based on finalized layouts and coordinate with the Projects Team during execution.
  • Obtain client satisfaction reports and maintain individual files for every client.
  • Prepare final estimates and collect part-payment and final payments.
  • Coordinate with the factory for production and ensure timely delivery of final drawings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati.
  • Goal-oriented and strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in software handling, specifically AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and color theory.
