This is a full-time position that requires relocation.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Appian and Database Support Analyst to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise-grade applications, specifically focused on Appian BPM and database environments. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving and user communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the application lifecycle (from development through deployment and production support), managing upgrades, ensuring SLAs are met, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

L1 Support

  • Monitor systems, handle routine issues, job failures, perform first-level triage

L2 Support

  • Detailed troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes

L3 Support

  • Deep-dive technical analysis, architecture-level guidance, complex integrations

Application Management

  • Manage and support application deployments, version upgrades, and infrastructure components.
  • Provide production support, resolve issues, and meet defined SLAs.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensure alignment with business goals.

Workflow Design

  • Conduct workflow design and optimization using Appian BPM.

Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot and support templates and integrations.

Integration

  • Support integration components using APIGEE and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Data Analysis

  • Analyze data and provide a resolution to business query on data.

Technical Expertise

  • Appian BPM: Design, development, and support
