We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

  • This role involves managing scrum ceremonies across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • A key aspect of this position is leading and motivating agile development teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate scrum ceremonies across various projects
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate agile development teams, promoting collaboration and driving results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years as an Agile Scrum Master
  • Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory
