Climate Venture Role

We seek a driven entry-level professional with passion for climate solutions to support our investment team in identifying, researching, and assisting in deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Research: Assist in sourcing potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach, providing market intelligence on emerging trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Due Diligence Support: Collaborate with the team in financial analysis, data collection, and market validation for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Assistance: Help prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting documentation to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance and impact metrics, conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Coordinate attendance at industry events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players to foster connections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a premier institution in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles, preferably with climate-focused expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A genuine interest in driving innovation and sustainability.
