About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic projects that unlock growth or operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring comfort with ambiguity, strong execution skills, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own project execution: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and share them across the organisation.
  • Contribute to planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
