Remote Call Center Representative Job Description

As a remote call center representative, you will be working in a newly launched division focused on scheduling calls and following up with prospects for licensed insurance agents. You will make outbound calls to warm leads using a script, schedule insurance consultation calls, and receive full training from experienced U.S.-based trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high volumes of outbound calls daily using our automated system.
  • Follow scripts to explain basic information and book appointments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Participate in team meetings and performance coaching.
  • Work closely with your team lead to ensure quality and consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette skills.
  • Previous call center or BPO experience is beneficial.
  • A strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service or outbound calling environments.
