Appian Expert

We are seeking an experienced Appian professional to join our team as a Lead.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher and will be responsible for guiding the development of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

About the Role

As an Appian Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Building Applications: Developing interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
  • Guiding Development: Working with Appian object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules to ensure proper implementations.
  • Leading Projects: Participating in analysis, design, and development of Appian based applications, including process models, records, reports, SAIL interfaces, queries, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services.
  • Designing Solutions: Designing technical solutions and leading a small team in development activities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Appian and its capabilities, as well as experience in implementing IT solutions using BPM or integration technologies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher.
  • Excellent technical skills, including a good understanding of database concepts and a strong working knowledge on any one of the major databases.
  • Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.
  • Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
  • Knowledge of Cucumber, Java, and SQL.
  • Experience in Views, stored procedures in DB, HTML in Appian.
  • Experience in agile/scrum development.
  • Proven work experience in Appian 18+ Versions.
